Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your JEMALEE leggings. If you're not fully satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags attached. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

How to start a return

Contact us at benjasowllc@outlook.com with your order number to receive return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us at benjasowllc@outlook.com and we'll help you exchange your item, subject to availability.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Return shipping

Customers may return items within 30 days of receiving their order. The customer/buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. You must choose a shipping method that handles customs clearance on the sender's side — methods that require the recipient (our warehouse) to handle customs clearance cannot be used, as the warehouse will not be able to receive the package. After shipping your return, please provide us with the tracking number or a tracking website link so we can follow up on its status. We are not responsible for delays caused by a customs investigation resulting from the sender's choice of shipping method.
